Where do I begin
 firstly this place advertised A/C, when there is in-fact none! The internet doesn’t work and the reception is awful so good luck trying to hotspot your phone to the tv, make a call or chill out and relax because you will need to walk out to the footpath to do any of that. The property was unclean when we arrived, cockroaches on the ground, dusty and leftover Christmas decorations and dead flowers. They do not supply linen so just be mindful when you book - you either have to pay for some or bring your own. Anything you might need personally you will need to take aswell as we only had 2 toilet rolls for 16 days. The unit is run down, the walls are half painted, the vanity in the main bathroom is rotting away and the 2 ceiling fans in the bedrooms had to be replaced while we were there because they made terrible clicking sounds and the furniture is outdated
 honestly the only thing that saved this place was the location. If you have a big car (we have an Isuzu mux) the parking underground is very tight. Not much room for error. (Had to fold mirrors in to get down there.) Please be mindful when you book here as I was very disappointed with this stay.

Try not to stay here unless you really can't find anything else. The worst thing is that the front door and lock don't always open, so it's easy to get stuck inside or stuck outside, which is pretty painful - and also feels like a fire hazard from the inside. Service experience very poor and some lies in the apartment description too (eg there's no aircon). Hot water runs out after 2 fairly short showers. Many other little things like this. Overall it just feels like a place the owner doesn't care about at all and just wants to make money off.

Relaxed and Recharged for the New Year.

Clean and tidy unit. Everything supplied for that you could need for the stay. Close and in walking distance of most shops you'd need. Short driving distance of other shops you may require. Bike hireage available from local businesses. Recommended for local area. This way you are not trying to find parking spots. Parking accommodation provided if you have a smaller car. Surf club metres from unit for meals out. Other areas close by for activities for the family. Locals super friendly. Beach just across the road for relaxation and unwinding. Lounge suite could be updated, no big deal. Definitely the place to go for the short stay to unwind from Brisbane. Easy communication with real estate. Thank you for hassle free and relaxing stay.
