The space features beautiful wooden floors, a fully equipped kitchen and separate media room, all decorated with retro charm. Outside you will find a large backyard space, and a deck with a BBQ and plenty of seating.

The Space:
With all the appeal of the Sunshine Coast at your fingertips, you’ll want for nothing at this eclectic family home. This family home is outfitted with four bedrooms (master with a king bed and ensuite, two queen bedrooms, and two singles), with a second, separate bathroom and laundry. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your necessary appliances, with a fold-out window that opens onto the side yard and garden. Outside features a BBQ, table with bench seating, a spacious backyard, and a hanging chair.

Guest Access:
The property contains a fully fenced secure yard and is suitable for families travelling with small children. You will have access to the entire property including laundry, car port and the driveway (with space for two cars). There is extra parking along the street.

The Neighborhood:
This retro beach house is perfectly centred between the trendy Moffat Beach, and local family hangout, Dicky Beach, so you have your pick of Caloundra’s best during your stay. All throughout the area you will find upbeat shops and cafes, plenty within walking distance of the house.

Getting Around:
Bring your bikes and take advantage of the cycling paths at your door step. Within walking distance is a petrol station, Food Works, cafes, restaurants and a couple of local boutiques. Walking distance is Dicky Beach, Moffat Beach, Currimundi Beach, Shelly Beach and around 1km further King's Beach. You can cycle to any of the above easily. A car is needed to access the Caloundra town centre or Mooloolaba, Maroochydore or the Hinterlands.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
