Room needed a little work ie wobbly uneven table to eat on, bed was old and springy etc. However it was clean, the shower was great and the front room staff were lovely, very helpful and accomodating, checking on us if we needed anything.

So, the place is run down and could use some maintenance as this really detracts from the rooms. There is no cutlery yet a toaster and microwave. the current photos do not represent what you see when you arrive, which again is unfortunate. Doors have difficulty with being locked, windows dont lock. On highway but noise is limited until the morning. There is no foxtel despite the sign. Staff are very friendly and obliging to assist. Would be good to have a breakfast option too. Yes its advertised as 3 star, but for the price paid would expect so much more. Somewhat overpriced.

We have set up the onsite assistance phone number. Guests can contact the staff onsite for assistance and the phone is monitored 24 hours.
