The second storey encompasses an open-plan living area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining area with seating for 6. The living room seats 4 comfortably by the large SmartTV, with access to a modest study and powder room. Glass doors extend out to the partially undercover outdoor deck making for easy entertaining. Complete with a BBQ, lounge suite and outdoor dining space for 5, this is a perfect place to enjoy your evenings by the river.
