Very great stay! The hotel is located in a quiet valley surrounded by forest. Great customer services that gives us lots of help when needed! A special THANKS to Christine :) We will definitely visit here next time coming to Banff.

Beautiful Area! Nice staff. Can hike outside the door. Nice hot tub,robes, and rooms. A few dining options on property. They do charge a resort fee at checkout that is not clear until you check out and they have ice to keep drinks cold but no fridge for leftovers. Nice hiking guide with lots of information. We didn't actually hike very far but he gave a lot of great information and was personable.

great scenic place to stay

We loved staying up on the mountain and being able to ride the gondola up and down. The shuttle bus to Banff helped a lot as we wanted to go back into town and not have to drive. The two restaurants and the cafe offered enough dining options for our two nights. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the brief guided hike was pleasant, as was the hot tub

Unique experience

Unique experience staying on the mountain , loved the hot tub and the variety of restaurants. The hiking on top of the chair lift was awesome

Awesome views . Great hiking. Staff is amazing. Walls in the room are a little thin so be careful with the hanky panky. We upgraded our room to the King bed with the more updated room and it was well worth it. It is a about 10 minutes from Banff but then you need to get on the ski lift and take a 20 minute ride to the top where the hotel is but it was well worth it. Very peacfull.

What an amazing place to stay! The gondola ride from the parking lot up to the resort is beautiful and so peaceful. The resort is clean and cozy, with such friendly staff. The food was delicious at Chimney Corner and Trappers Tavern. The hikes through the property are abundant ranging from an easy stroll to more challenging treks with breathtaking views.
