My room was dirty, told the gentleman at the front desk i wanted a refund. Asked 2 times to get toilet paper for womens bathroom in pool area, never was done looked this am, atill empty. I want a refund

Can’t Miss

A tad outdated, but great isolated location, easily accessible from I-35 and the main drag (Belknap). In-house restaurant above average food (try the cheese curds!), and decent pool area incl hot tuba and sauna.

The view of the lake and the ability to walk the property is excellent. I love having access to a restaurant and bar on the property. The rooms are run down.

Not too bad

It’s a nice hotel and off the beaten path from downtown Superior. The staff was friendly and the bar made a decent pizza for a late night dinner. The pool area is open late but I was really disappointed with the sauna, which was trashed with wet towels thrown about and not nearly hot enough. I would suggest the hotel staff make a few passes around the pool area especially on a Friday when a lot of locals bring their kids to enjoy - and trash - the place.

Loved the pool area, nice there is a balcony you can sit and watch the kids. Check in was smooth and the front desk was so extremely friendly! Clean rooms and a very nice experience. Nice view of the marina!

The guy at front desk was very nice. The hot tub could have been warmer and there were not any pool towels. It is advertised that there is free continental breakfast as well. Beds were very comfortable.
