The stay there was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. Specifically because we walked into the room and the toilet was covered in feces. And then the terrible service where the GM had the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Not only that, but there’s no elevator and the toilet was so low my grandmother struggled to get on and off. Plus their toilet didn’t work and they had to put their hands in the back of the toilet just to get it to flush. There were other things like some of the amenities didn’t work but nothing will be worse than the service. We were kind and understanding but the GM was very rude and then treated us poorly the rest of the trip. Would not recommend.

First they refused to check us in 20 minutes early. We were then going to sit in lobby to wait and i was going to get a coffee from the breakfast area and was told it was for paying guests only. (we had reservations). Breakfast was cold and terribly equipped with silverware, plates, cups. We loved the rooms and bedding was amazing, but staff and services were horrendous.

The rooms are nice and clean. There was no gas stations or small stores in the area ti purchase drinks or snacks. Vending of course was expensive. We got to the hotel 30 minutes early and there was absolutely NO early check ins. This was disappointing, as there was nothing close to entertain. Check in staff was not friendly at all.

Better than most.

We asked for handicap. We did receive first floor. The air conditioning on high cool when first arrived-9pm. It was cold in room. We turned heat on- there is no regulation on cooling or heating- so then hot in room. The beds are very firm, hard on back. The breakfast was wonderful all items- scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles, cereal, juices, coffee, etc. That was the very best breakfast served. Area is in a quiet area.

The folks at the front desk were amazing. Very helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Two quick things that would have improved my stay. 1. Covered seating near an ashtray. I don't mind going outside but it rained the whole time I was there, and the outdoor seating had no ashtray. And, please add Tylenol, ibuprofen, and aspirin to your vending machines. You could save lives.

Don't waste your time with the "Pre-registration" process they send you in email. They re-do the entire thing when you get to the front counter. Otherwise the facility's are good and comfortable.

We would stay again

Everything was good. Although the room kinda had a funk to it that I can’t describe. A smell of some kind. Like maybe the carpet and drapes could use a cleaning or something? But the bed and pillows were both comfortable and I slept very well!
