The beds are TOO high. I am a short person with a bad back. Getting into bed put a lot of stress on my arthritis and I left being extremely sore from trying to get into the bed. You need to consider that not all people are the same height and want a high bed...Or put a stool by each bed to assist in getting up. Please be considerate of ALL people! I’ve stayed here numerous times, never really had a problem, the rooms are fairly clean, well stocked, staff is polite. However my last stay was horrible, they gave me room 210, apparently from what I was told from the front desk lady room 208 and room 210 are near the staff’s laundry room (which is on the first floor)when the staff does laundry the load isn’t balanced making a thudding noise or pounding noise from BELOW the room, this happened all night EVERY night on my stay, I called the front desk at 11pm to let them know of these POUNDING, SLAMMING, THUDDING noises, was told it could be the laundry room and that the staff will try not to make noise, Heard these noises all the way til 2 am till I finally passed out, 6am comes by and the noises continued til I finally had enough to check out around 8am. Rooms 208 and 210 are also directly above the public restrooms and “gym”

The facility was great. Clean, friendly staff, nice location. The problem was we could hear EVERYTHING and I mean everything, from babies crying to toilets flushing. At 4am I woke thinking the TV in our room was on, nope - it the TV noise coming from an adjacent room. I expect to hear some noise in hotels but this was way beyond that level. Unfortunately, we will be hesitant to stay again because of that.

Hotel was spacious, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than expected. Only issue was there are no places to hang your things in the bathroom, no door hooks or wall hooks, along with no fan ventilation in the bathroom for the steam to go from the shower so it makes the hotel room get pretty humid. Overall it was a good experience though.
