Kevin pleasantly registered two people in the room he prepaid with Expedia at our Superior Super 8 property on Sunday, March 3, 2024. Shortly after registering into the room close to our office, our desk attendant was approached with a request to cancel their Expedia reservation. It was stated that they just found out their friends were staying at a property in Canal Park (Duluth, Mn.) and they wanted to join them there. Our desk attendant thoroughly explained the Expedia reservation requirement that Kevin agreed to when he chose to create his reservation with them. Kevin decided to leave anyway. Hoping for a refund because he changed his mind, he then called Expedia and gave a different reason. The above explanation is truly the way this prepaid reservation was handled. Our Superior Super 8 property is newly renovated, and upon inspection after Kevin departed, the room condition was proudly found to be the quality Wyndham expects.

Loved that the facility was clean but wasn't heavily scented with perfumed cleaning products. Unlike other budget motels that spray fragance on everything.

Most friendly staff I have encountered in Superior and the fastest easiest check-in and check-out process to go with. They always have everything prepared and ready to go ! We love staying here.
