Cozy Cottage one mile from the Beach and Boat Ramp! Pet Friendly Too!!


This Cozy one bedroom dog friendly with (no weight limit) cottage situated under the old Live Oak trees has the charm of the south with front and rear porches to your enjoy morning coffee. The fenced yard with covered patio gives you extra relaxation with your pups. Car port for your car, motorcycle or boat and parking for your trailer. Nicely stocked kitchen with new appliances. Living room has a new pull out couch for an extra guest plus a recliner to watch the 55" TV with DirecTV. Laundry room with washer and dryer and ironing station.
Linens included. Bed made for you. Linen for the pull out in the cedar chest. (Note: Entry to the bathroom is through the bedroom.) A set of towels for each guest provided. Beach towels and chairs. Corn hole and board games for rainy day fun!

We are smoke free and dog friendly with a fenced in yard!
(Pet fees apply) for up to 2 dogs no size limit

Walking distance to 2 Deli restaurants and several consignment shops and a new bakery. One mile from the free boat launch.

All this only one mile from the sand at Holden Beach!

Holden Beach features a Playground Splash Pad Basketball and Tennis courts 3 restaurants ice cream and candy shops.

For boaters and fisherman the free public boat launch is just down the road on the ICW. Lots of shaded parking is available on our property with plenty of room for your boat trailer. The mile between the house and the island is the "Causeway" full of Beach Stores, Ice Cream Parlors, Gift Shops, Mini Golf and Water Slides. Rental companies have Kayaks, Bicycles, Jet Skis, Fishing Boats, Fishing Equipment, Beach Chairs, Golf Carts available to rent. The ICW is a wonderful place to Fish Water Ski and Kayak. The Shopping Center has a Food Lion Supermarket, Subway, Dominos Pizza, China Moon, Surfers Cafe, Bait Shop and Anaya Hair Salon. Just 2 minutes from the house.

Several seafood restaurants are available locally on and off the Island, with or without water views. You will find a selection of Menus in the Kitchen drawer. Both Seafood and Produce markets for fresh food are just down the road. For a quick sub or sandwich or breakfast, two Deli's are within walking distance of the house.

In the summer months Holden Beach offers free concerts at the Gazebo every Sunday night. Tuesdays are for Tie Dye. Bring the family and make yourself a souvenir Tshirt. Wednesday night is Turtle Talk at the Town Hall building featuring films and a lecture, educating children and adults about Sea Turtles. You might get lucky enough to witness a turtle hatching on the beach! Our new playground offers Tennis, Basketball and amusement for the kids.

Another awesome experience at this cottage in supply ! Close to Holden beach ( minutes away ) and shopping for fun and groceries! quiet , great backyard for our dogs and us! Decor is warm and friendly and amazing color schemes! Kitchen stocked extra well with spices for cooking! And all utensils plus extra for cooking and eating if you should want to cook ! Perfect for us ! Great communication with owners !!! Thanks so much again !

Great fenced in yard for our fur baby with bags supplied (although we brought our own); covers provided for our yorkie to rest on; great shower for my thick hair; comfy bed; easy check in & out; absolutely gorgeous blooming azaleas under a cover of old oaks. Very close to thrift stores & restaurants. Easy parking, clean & thoughtfully decorated. Hope to be back many times!

Everything about this place was as advertised and absolutely beyond expectations! It was a perfect size, great location and the fact that it was pet friendly and communications were easy and swift and it offered everything we needed and then some! Our host Linda is very welcoming. This was our third time renting the cottage. It is a very relaxing time there. Being able to bring our furbabies is a big plus as there are not to many places will accept dogs. It’s very comfortable for a couple and not far from the beach or the grocery store.

We had no problems. Dogs enjoyed back yard. Appliances were very good. Had all the things we needed in the kitchen. Tv had more than enough things to watch. Bed was comfortable. My husband and I loved this little dog friendly beach house. Linda was very polite and prompt with her responses and even set out a beach umbrella and chairs for us to use. The property was very clean, inviting and was in a great location.The only part about the property my husband and I did not like was the bathroom, there was no door, only a shower curtain. Even though my husband and I have been together for 6 years there’s a certain amount of privacy you want and expect when using the bathroom. We made it work of course, but it was far from ideal. That being said though, we’d still book here again

The home is beautiful. It had everything you need in the kitchen. The living room and bedroom are very inviting and comfortable. It is very up to date and clean. The location is close to the beach and many restaurants. The check-in is very easy and the hosts provide any and all information that you need. The cottage was very neat and orderly when we arrived. There were no issues with any part of our stay. Full kitchen, king size bed, Wi-Fi access, and a fenced in back yard perfect for our dog. Cute and fun!

This my second stay at this cute cottage. Well stocked kitchen, comfy bed, very clean and close to everything. The best part is our furry family members are welcome. We all enjoy sitting on the patio in the fenced in back yard. The boat launch is very close. Perfect for cruising up the water way! We will be back.
