New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Enjoy breathtaking views from this amazing home! It's located one row back from the ocean and it has a boat dock on the canal. 'Miramar' features 4 bedrooms (2 primary suites) and 3.5 baths. The home has large open living areas. You can walk to the beach in minutes or you can relax on one of the covered porches and take in the view of the canal or ocean. Other amenities include dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, wireless internet, outside shower and a boat dock. Bring your boat! Non-smoking and No pets.

Family friendly

Had a great stay at the house. Had plenty of beds for our family and was clean besides the late check in while the cleaning crew was still there. Many beds for the little ones and in a great location. The family and I plan to come back next year for our yearly family trip.

A very nice home with lots to do nearby. The beach right across the street. Waterway in the back to sit in sun or fish or just enjoy the view. We had a great time.

Great Family Vacation

The location was the best, Not ocean front but great view of ocean.Short walk to beach,and cannel was great for grandsons fishing. Plenty of well designed space for family meals and relaxing time.

Great Location!

This house is in the perfect location! Directly across the street from the beach and beside the public access. Loved the large kitchen table and the side and openness of the family room. Downside to those house is definitely the side of the bathrooms, the old stove and oven, and the fan in the upstairs bedroom is very wobbly and missing a blade. The house could also use more seating on the porches especially the front.

Ready to start vacation

This place was wonderful. The location could not have been better, and unlike other houses we have stayed in where we had to bring all our own linens and paper products, this place was completely stocked and ready to go. Beds were made, toilet paper, towels, even dish soap was provided. We will definitely be staying with Vacasa again and are already talking about a return visit.

Location!

This was the perfect house for what we were looking for. It is an older home, but don’t let that turn you away. It’s very spacious and easy to keep clean. And the location is great! Across from the pier with a dock on a canal. You can’t get much better than that. And the general store is a few lots down. Again, this location is what sold us.

Amazing location

The location was amazing, close to the beach, you could see the ocean and the channel behind the house. The walls were clean and so were the doors and the kitchen utensils ( fully equipped kitchen). The house was not cleaned properly though, the couch has not been moved and vacuumed( crumbs, Cheetos, wrappers under the couch) and this obviously got our toddler's attention. Overall,it was a nice experience and we will go back soon.

Boats and beaches

The whole family absolutely loved this property. The location could not be better. Right across from the general store and ice cream shop in Holden Beach. Right across from the pier (when it reopens)
 On top of that, we were able to access the intercoastal waterway being right on the main canal. We had a nice boat ride one night, kayaks, and fishing throughout the stay. 100% recommend this house to anyone who wants all Holden beach has to offer with the least amount of effort. Once you get there, all you have to do is sit back relax and let everyone enjoy their activities.

Over all good stay

Beautiful house! Easy assess to the beach. However the ceiling fan upstairs in one room didn’t work and ants were terrible. Also the trash cans were full and trash was on the ground I called for both things and never showed. We had a great time other than that.

Miramar at Holden Beach

We stayed at Miramar and rented through VRBO/Vacasa. Pictures online are accurate. Unfortunately, we did have a couple of issues: pans in kitchen are needing replaced due to being all scraped up/unusable. We encountered a burr problem in the house. Not sure if a dog had carried them in or what.

Family Vacation

As noted in previous reviews, cookware is pretty much nonexistent. If you plan on cooking during your stay bring your on cookware.Reported lights/ ceiling fan not working in fourth bedroom but no one came to check/repair during the week. Light and ceiling fan not working in family area. Recliners on sectional do not work due to electrical issues with receptacle. Sleeps 10 but has very limited parking, especially if you bring a boat trailer. Plenty of seating at table for large family.

Loved the dock & canal which was great for paddle boarding. Nice indoor furniture. Very open. The stovetop, water on refrigerator, door locks, plastic mattress pads were all subpar. Front and back deck door locks need to be replaced. The fan in the bedroom at the top of stairs didn’t work. Downstairs bathtub needs a drain stopper. Sink sprayer didn’t work.

Nice large house, wonderful location directly across from pier.

We had a family of 12 staying at this home Aug. 2022. Perfect location, easy beach access with ice cream and shops across the street. The house is large. 3 bedrooms (1Q, 1Q w/bunk, 2 bunks) 1 shared (shwr) bath & 1 (tub/shwr) private bath along with washer/dryer are upstairs and main bed/bath and powder rm downstairs. 4 large decks, 3 are covered. Outdoor shower and hose provided. Furnishings are good and storage is plentiful. Huge dinning table that seats 10 plus 4 bar stools! Having the ICW dock is a major plus for boaters, but some deck boards need replacing on it. Be cautious with large vessels bc at low tide canal got down to 3-4 ft. No problem for our 20ft w/ outboard, just go slow. FYI, bunk room mattresses are very thin, only small kids would be comfortable. Bunks in Qrm w/ bunk bed had nice mattresses. Tiny charcoal grill and no grill utensils were provided & kitchen utensils were sparse and random, definitely bring your own. There is some deferred maintenance on the exterior of house that needs addressing. The yard is full of ants, requiring preventative spraying. Upon arrival, there were only 3 towels for 12 ppl, but Vacasa dropped off plenty of towels within 30 mins of us calling, so no big deal. Fridge broke while we were there and a board on front porch step came loose. Both were addressed and fixed within hours. Decent place overall, stocking it with more kitchen supplies and a little exterior maintenance TLC would go a long way. I would defiantly stay again, if the items above are addressed.
