"The Turtle House" is a Bright and well appointed Ocean Front Home, 3 bedrooms & 3 baths with magnificent Ocean, Marsh and Intracoastal Waterway views! Step off your own private deck right onto the sand from this beautiful home on the West End of Holden Beach, NC. Enjoy spectacular views from sunrise to sunset from your private ocean front and marsh view decks. The first floor deck which is just steps from the beach, has a 180 degree ocean view, spacious seating, a safety gate and rain-shield under decking to keep you dry and shaded. Enjoy a bird's eye view of the Dolphins often seen swimming by from your private Master Bedroom's sundeck. A third deck is off the first floor bedroom and has a lovely, unobstructed view of the marsh and Intracoastal Waterway.

The Turtle House is roomy and right on the beach with no roads to cross. The full-sized eat-in kitchen is fully stocked and includes all major appliances, a breakfast bar and icemaker. Prepare meals or beverages while you marvel at the oceanfront view. A first floor laundry room is conveniently located around the corner from the kitchen. The living area features an oceanfront view, a super comfy over sized sectional sofa and large entertainment center. This home comes equipped with four flat screen TVs with HD & Blue-ray, and WiFi. A convenient outdoor hot/cold water shower and a shaded driveway with picnic table and charcoal grill are there for your enjoyment.

Loved the view and close to beach.Beach very clean.

Property well kept and maintained. New porches and walkways. Decorated for turtle theme. Loved book selection .A clothes line on 1st floor porch or in garage area would be beneficial for wet swimsuits etc.Also additional hooks in bathrooms for towels. Suggest the shower curtain liner in master bedroom be shorter. It lays in tub making it hazardous and water pools on it possibly causing water spillage. Loved journal and shell personalization. My family loved our stay!!!

Nice property tastefully done. Pots could use refreshing as we enjoyed cooking in. Beds comfortable and the house overall uses the space well. Larger inside than pictures show. There is an amazing shell collection I thoroughly enjoyed seeing.

TURTLE HOUSE

Though the house was cleaned somewhat (bathroom upstairs toilet still add paper in it) there are ROACHES in and outside on the deck...we killed numerous roaches and needs to be sprayed. we even found some at the patio area where you walk up the stairs to come in. overall good stay...just sleep with one eye open until the house gets professionally taken care of the bugs.

I had never used VRBO and would absolutely do it again. The Turtle House was perfect and so close to the beach. Just steps away! Very cozy house. Would stay there again for sure.

Primo!!

The Turtle House met and exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for our family of four adults and two children. The location and the veiw was perfect. Our visit was cut short by three nights by hurricane evacuation. We loved our two nights there and would certainly recommend the house to anyone looking for a great property rental.

Girls Weekend

We stayed here for our annual girls weekend and we loved it. Yes the weather did not cooperate but that did not stop us from having a blast. The home is equipped with everything we could ask for. The views from both decks were outstanding. There was plenty of seating both inside and out. We loved it so much we will be back next year!
