Bon hôtel

Grand hôtel très bien tenu avec une piscine agréable. Attention aux chambres supérieures qui n'ont pas de fenêtres...

Bon sejour excelkent service. Cependant un effort pourrait etre fait sur la zone fitness, pas bien entretenu.

Hotel Reception Problem

Check in process was long, because hotel staff asked for hotel voucher, and there was no information about breakfast. The next morning, hotel staff informed guide that no breakfast included. They should have informed guide at the time of check in - so we could decide whether we had breakfast at the hotel or outside. Not Recommended to book this hotel online in the future, as there were a lot miscommunication occurred.

Bit far from the airport but if traveling early morning or late night then its nothing to worry about. The hotel itself was nice and felt luxerious. Cant complain at all. Also couldnt here tge other guests either.

Terrible service from the staff. Not trained properly to handle situations and they told me to go ahead to complain to their management. Rude and very unprofessional. With the price, there are many other hotels around the area thats worth your money.

It didn't feel like a 5* hotel. 5/10 points.

Good vibes, but the condition is not really good. The water in the sink didn't flow away properly. Also we requested for a room with a view on the city, but didn't get it. After asking the reception a second time, we still did not get it, even though there was availabilities as shown on hotels.com. Hmmmmm... Also the breakfast was very poor. However: It wasn't bad stay, but we def expected more from a 5* hotel.
