Really thrilled when I arrived at the lobby as I was greeted by the chic interior decor, friendly staff, and swift check-in.
But my excitement was gone as soon as I stepped into the bathroom. Dirt build-up, soap scum, stains on the floor, walls, and window. Towels with grayish torn edges. Right after my shocking moment in the bathroom, I found dirt and stains again on the bed sheet and bed cover.
The staff assisted me to move to other room upon my request. But apparently, the second room was not any better either. I even found long hair on the bed sheet along with unsightly stains again. Bathroom? A big yellow stain right in the middle of the shower area floor. You definitely won't miss such a big stain if you did clean your bathroom (just saying). Not even basin was cleaned properly as the edge around the hole was really gross.
Since my partner and I only stayed for one night, we only asked for a clean bed sheet. The management should look into the housekeeping seriously as the room condition is already looking much older than its actual age. But again, they don't seem to be bother maintaining their own property though.
