The property itself is good and well-maintained, but the service quality is quite poor. I had left my room keys at the reception in the morning for cleaning; however, when I returned at night, the room had still not been cleaned. I then had to wait nearly half an hour in the evening for housekeeping to attend to it. Even after calling the reception for room service, it took around 20â25 minutes for anyone to respond. Overall, while the property has potential, the service needs significant improvement to meet guest expectations.
