Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Horrible staff and communication. I showed up and they didn't have the room key for me and wouldn't contact the person who did for me. They laughed in my face when I asked what I was supposed to do and giggled away. They eventually just walked away as I tried to figure out a solution and left me to sleep in the lobby. I had to leave and find another hotel and still haven't received a refund
