"Fred is a wonderful host! We are SO glad we chose to stay here. First, everything was very clean. The bed linens and towels were nice and soft. The location was perfect for us. There are two new air conditioners. They felt amazing after a hot afternoon at the beach! We left them off while we were out but the place stayed cool and the new air conditioners really cranked the cold air. The shower is large and there's a new rain shower head and wand. Water pressure was very good. Shower was warm, not hot, but it also didn't need to be hot. You're in the tropics! There's a nice, big closet for all our luggage. The bedroom had blinds and blackout curtains. It was so quiet! No noise from neighbors above or beside. My favorite thing about Le Chateau was the location. It was very walkable to nearby restaurants and beaches. After we took the taxi from the airport we never used a car again, we were even able to walk to the cruise ship terminal to board our boat. The location was very convenient. It's just a couple houses off the main street but it was VERY VERY quiet, which I really appreciated. We felt very safe and secure. The neighborhood was quiet and surrounded by other nice homes. We felt safe walking at night, too. Added bonus that wasn't in the listing...a bidet and an ice maker! Fred also beach towels and chairs, too. For the price, it can't be beat. It's not a luxury resort but it's in a great location, it's clean, safe, and has all the basics and then some! "

"Very clean , communication was good. Owner went the extra mile to explain and give us a map guide to places to eat , visit , shop. We had booked studio 3 which was adorable. He offered for the last 2 nights to move us on the bigger studio which we loved to . We thought we would not been charged but as i seen the recite we got charged as we stayed the full time . Is a business , we understand but we should been told . Overall we highly recommend the location and the studios . "
