This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has been fully renovated with all new paint, flooring, and bedroom furniture, everything to make your stay the most enjoyable. A fully stocked kitchen provides all large and small appliances needed for making meals, a full-size washer and dryer, and a large flat-screen TV in the main living area. Ocean and pool views from the uncovered sun deck off the living area and master bedroom.

The 3rd Story Unit was well kept, clean and quiet. Great location, easy access to Surfside Pier area and direct 5th Ave North access to US 17

So Nice!

We had such a great stay! The rental was clean and convenient. Great view of the beach. Close to stores. Only upgrade I would suggest is room darkening blinds for the master bedroom and shade for the balcony. Perhaps an umbrella to shade the sun during the hot days.
