Welcome to Blue Haven! This 5-bedroom beach house is just a short walk to the beach and comes equipped with 5 private baths, an elevator (accessible from the ground floor to the first floor only), and a private swimming pool. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the various furnished decks on either level of the home. With an open kitchen/dining/living area, entertaining the entire family is a breeze. The kitchen comes equipped with all major and small appliances making meal preparation easy. When you're not taking in the gorgeous Surfside Beach, take a dip in the sparkling 24' x 8' private pool situated right behind the home. With ample parking for four vehicles, Blue Haven has everything you need to have the perfect vacation! Please see our Pet Policy that applies to all Pet-friendly homes, which is strictly enforced.

Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sofa beds). In each bath, you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!

Great area

Loved the neighborhood. House could be cleaner, but it wasn't horrible. Mildewy shower curtain, kids toys left under furniture. We had to remove a wasp nest under deck furniture. We got stung. The rest was fine. Lots of towels, bedding was good. Had a wonderful week

Overall our group really enjoyed the property. The separate balconies were great. For my taste there were just too many knickknacks. It took away from the counter space. There was plenty of dishes ,glasses etc. We wished there was a empty cupboard for putting away our groceries.

Excellent home very close to beach

This is a beautiful home located just a few steps away from the beach. The house has a great layout and plenty of room. We enjoyed staying here for our family Thanksgiving get together. We had a few elderly parents, so using the elevator came in handy. The kitchen is well equipped and the management company brought us a delicious pumpkin pie. The only negative that I can think of is that there isn't a pantry in the kitchen, so we had to store all of our dry goods on the counters in the kitchen. Also, the half bath door doesn't lock/close. Other than that we would absolutely stay here again if going to this area! Also, I would definitely rent from the management company (Sea Star Realty) anytime!

Peaceful Setting

This was our first visit to the Surfside area. Loved the quiet, family setting. Easy walk to beach. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The house was well equipped and clean. The management company was very prompt answering our questions.

Great House for a big group

Great house with a pool near the beach. Four families stayed in this house. The only drawback was that the house was not very clean upon check-in. Great kitchen that has been recently updated. Fun bunk room for the kids. I would stay there again.

Nice property, needs attention

Very nice house. Great location with a short walk to the beach. Nice quiet neighborhood but still close enough to everything you would want. We would consider returning but a few critical items would need to be repaired. Every deck railing had loose or even a missing pickets. Our grandson almost climbed through the missing picket before we realized what was going on. The air conditioner froze up because the filters were clogged up. A few broken chairs on the deck and around the pool. Generally not cleaned very well. Maybe the for sale sign out front explains the lack of maintenance and hopefully the new owners will bring the place up to the standards that reflect the higher price point for this property.

Wonderful Experience !!!

We stayed in this house for a family vacation and it was perfect!!! Very clean and so nice to be able to have a pool to return home too!!! Thank you for allowing pets!!!! I don’t leave home without my dog!!! Highly recommended!!! Looking forward to our return visit!!

Frank's Place II

This was amazing. To be so close to the beach & away from all the busy streets was great! The house was very nice & the amenties were great. We enjoyed being able to bring our dog, as this was his first time at the beach & he loved it. Having the elevator for my dad, who is handicapped was also nice, we just wished it had gome up 1 more floor. We made it work though. We will definitely consider staying at your haouse again! Thanks for the great vacation!!
