Beautiful holiday home near horse farm

This well-kept holiday home is located in the yard of a horse farm in the Friese Wouden. There is a well-furnished garden and a terrace. It is cosily furnished and very suitable for families.

The area is ideal for beautiful bike rides through the Frisian nature. The forest of Bakkeveen is close by and you can go for a lovely walk. Surhuizum is adjacent to Surhuisterveen, where supermarkets and numerous other shops can be found. Admire the beautiful nature reserves such as the Westerkwartier and National Park Lauwersmeer and follow relaxing hiking trails that run through the meadows.

(Frisian) horses are kept on the grounds. In addition, there are many more animals to be found, from goats and alpacas to birds, donkeys and rabbits. Taking a look at the horses and animals is possible, but under the supervision of the owner. You have a view of the farmlands and the animals. The spacious living area has a cozy sitting area with a pellet stove and a kitchen equipped with modern appliances.
