The rooms were large and convenient. The bed was comfortable.. We stayed with the family, but this is a casino.So expect to have guests and some traffic in the corridors late into the night.

Great one day stay. Room was fantastic ... roomy, clean. Dinner and breakfast were great and inexpensive (relatively!). Would definitely return.

After 5 hours of driving windy roads we get to the hotel at 9:20. Our sink is full of gross grime and the sink was clogged. They wouldn’t switch us rooms because there “wasn’t any more rooms” after 30 minutes of a guy trying to unclog it they finally “upgraded” us to a different room. As all of a sudden now we are allowed to switch. We went from a king bed to a queen bed where after having the ac on all night the room didn’t get any cooler so not even an upgrade. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels across the states and this was my worst experience. Ridiculous being that late not to just switch rooms we had to kind of have a freak out to even make it happen just so we could shower and go to bed.

Pleasant stay in Susanville

First time there. Had a great stay. Would stay again. Had great beginners luck in the casino. My only complaint was that the pillows were too thick/high. Totally puts neck out of alignment. Next time, I’ll bring my own.

Beautiful room with king size bed. Actually the bed has a jump in the middle, showing its age and with people sleeping mostly on the sides, but it was comfortable. Very clean room and bathroom. Keurig machine for coffee. Friendly staff. The only negative comment is outside there is a table for staff or guests to go smoke. There is no ashtray provided, so there are multiple cigarette butt’s on the ground. This is at the front, so takes away from the ambiance of the place. Otherwise very nice place. We would definitely stay there again.
