The property is lovely, and the outside ammenties were wonderful. The pool and hot tub were clean and ready to use. There were extra towels and blankets ready for use as well, which was very nice. The grill space outside was impressive, though we didnt have time to make use of it this trip. The living room spaces were large and perfect for movie watching, seating everyone with ease. And the travel distance to VIR was perfect. The porch area had numerous spiders and webs that had to be cleared to traverse outside. And even with keeping the kitchen clean, ants were an immediate problem when meals were cooked or brought in. We had ordered pizza and before we could get seconds, there were already ants inside the pizza boxes. We weren't sure where sleeping 8 was calculated, as there are only the three beds. With 6 of us, we thought we'd have plenty of space, but had to settle sleeping arrangements, beds vs couches. We brought coffee to utilize the coffee maker, but there were no mugs or suitable cups to use. Pot/pan selection was also limited, but doable.
