This place is everything you need. Such a beautiful location on the coast and a great place to see the northern lights. The woman who owns these properties was extremely friendly and accomadating. I wish we could of stayed here more nights then we did. Due to its closeness to the airport I highly recommend you make this a stop at the beginning or end of your trip and I promise you will not regret it.

The property was very clean!!
It was a really nice stay which left me feeling really relaxed. It had all the necessities like coffee, shampoo, conditioner, cleaning supplies and more. It also had a couch bed which was really comfortable. To top it all off, we saw the most beautiful northern lights 10 steps from our door. The beach is also a 5 minute walk from the cabin.

Perfect place to relax after a busy week in Iceland. We didn’t see the northern lights because of clouds but would be a great place to see them!

Beautiful cabin, everything we needed for 2 adults, and two kids on a six day break. Very warm and cosy, stunning location about 20 min drive from a big supermarket (Kronan) and five minute to smaller shop. Lovely and responsive hosts, and lovely to have a supply of tea, coffee, salt and oils in the cabin. Saw the Norther Lights twice from our cabin which was amazing!

Cabin was cozy, warm and very clean. We loved the private hot tub. The size was perfect for our family of 4. We were really looking for something out of the city, close to the ocean (with great views!), yet close enough to some beautiful sites. This definitely checked all those boxes. Proximity to airport for an early morning flight was also a plus.

Wonderful stay for our last night in Iceland! The property owners were quick to communicate with us about check in and check out procedures, the the space had beautiful sunset views.
