Overall a great stay. Only one bad experience with the front desk manager that was rude and very unprofessional and commented by business was not important too her.

Overall facility was okay, staff were friendly and helpful. However, the property needs upgrades -quite run down. Plumbing: shower had pooling water each time, bed mattress uncomfortable, carpeting old and gross and smelly, decks outdated, paint chipping etc. Pros: Security in/out of building was good and safety was not a concern especially being right in the middle of town. Easy access to everything.

I should have done more research as I didn’t realize there was no restaurant or bar in hotel. Also, after dark, it’s advised to not walk around downtown Suva. So getting dinner was a challenge since we arrived after 8 pm. Rooms are very clean and modern, but could have been more comfortable, like an easy chair. Besides bed, only furniture was small desk and chair.

Perfect for extended business stay. All the amenities you need in a very convenient location. Only complaint was the A/C lacking true cold (I like it at 19c), but I am sure it is adequate for most as the 22c was still much cooler than outside.

Very unhelpful,unfriendly service staff. Location was good, facilities were ok. But the staff ruined the expected Fijian hospitality experience. From the front desk staff to the housekeeping to even the security ,all very below average for friendly Fiji service. Not a place I’d visit again.

There was a very strong bad smell in the room that we could not get rid of. Even keeping the sliding door open. Staff were friendly. Room service cleaned the room, took away old towel but did not replace towels. Needed to wait 2 hours and 40 minutes for replacement towels.
