This charming summer house, located in Svaneke, is a former fisherman's cottage in Årsdale that exudes authentic island charm.
With a total living area of 165 square meters and an impressive 125 square meter garage, which once served as a smokehouse, this house provides the perfect setting for your vacation.
The house is situated 50 meters from the water and offers a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with TV and a cozy wood-burning stove, a bathroom, and four comfortable bedrooms. An additional living room/office on the first floor allows you to retreat and enjoy the breathtaking sea views, which can be admired from several windows and the garden terrace.
Outside, you'll find a delightful large garden with multiple terraces and a cozy enclosed courtyard. There is space for play, barbecues, and relaxation under the bright island sun. Internet and a washing machine in the well-lit basement make your stay convenient.
The area surrounding the house is also a draw, with only a 2-minute walk to the perfect spot for morning swimming. In the evenings, you can take a short stroll to the Mikkeller brewery or the smokehouse to savor a delicious dinner.
