Villa Wave is located in the picturesque village of Sveti Filip i Jakov, only 25 kilometers from the historic city of Zadar, and represents the perfect blend of luxury, privacy, and Mediterranean charm. With 300 m2 of living space and 500 m2 of outdoor area, the villa comfortably accommodates eight guests, with a maximum capacity of ten. The fully fenced yard ensures complete privacy and hides the elegant villa from view, creating a serene oasis for relaxation. At the heart of the property lies a heated swimming pool of 36 m2, surrounded by sun loungers and a sun terrace, while the private sauna offers the ultimate wellness experience.

The interior is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a fireplace, a modern kitchen with a dining area, and two comfortable bedrooms. Each bedroom features a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and a TV. Upstairs, there are two additional luxurious bedrooms, also with king-size beds (180 x 200 cm) and private bathrooms, as well as balconies offering a stunning sea view. In total, the villa has four bedrooms and five bathrooms, one of which is additional with a bathtub and shower. In the room with the playroom, there is an additional bed measuring 160x190 cm, suitable for two extra guests. Every room exudes a modern design, comfort, and carefully selected details.

Villa Wave is designed to provide complete comfort and entertainment for the whole family. Children will enjoy the private playground with a trampoline, swings, and a slide, while table football, darts, and a game console are available for fun evenings together. While the youngest play, adults can prepare delicious Dalmatian specialties on the outdoor barbecue and enjoy dinners on the terrace surrounded by a Mediterranean garden. In the evenings, you can relax with a glass of wine by the fireplace or spend quality time with family playing board games in the cozy living room.

This luxury villa in Sveti Filip i Jakov is fully air-conditioned, equipped with wireless internet, satellite TV, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, and private parking. Pets are welcome upon prior request, and the villa’s location ensures quick access to the sea and nearby beaches.

Villa Wave is ideal for a family holiday or a peaceful retreat, while reservations for groups under 25 years of age are not permitted. In this quiet and private setting, you will experience a perfect combination of luxury and comfort, creating unforgettable memories by the sea.

During the pre-season, until June 1st, and after September 30th, the pool temperature can reach up to 24 °C, depending on weather conditions.

Bookings are not accepted from persons under 25 years of age, unless specifically approved by the agency. We reserve the right to refuse any booking that does not meet this requirement. House rules strictly prohibit parties, events, and smoking inside the property. The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity stated for this villa.

If your behavior causes danger, damage to the property, or persistently disturbs the enjoyment of others, we reserve the right to terminate your stay.

Pets are welcome upon prior request and with an additional fee. Small pets up to 5 kg: 10 euros per pet per day. Large pets over 5 kg: 20 euros per pet per day. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed.

Security deposit: 400 euro. For groups under the age of 25, prior approval from the agency is required. In such cases, the security deposit is 800 euro.

Upon arrival, your host will provide you with detailed information about the property, as well as additional services available on site at an extra cost.
