This area leads out to a terrace, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The open kitchen is fully equipped with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, making meal preparations a breeze. There's also a separate WC on this level. Upstairs, you'll discover two bedrooms: one with a French bed and air conditioning, and another with a double bed and air conditioning. A shower/WC is conveniently located on the upper floor as well.
