I was denied the entry to Montenegro and contacted Orbitz help desk immediately. They contacted the property immediately as well. 3 days later the property responded that "because we have not received information from the guest of denial to the country", we will not refund any amount. The property charged me the full amount for the service they did not provide! I will not stay at the property and will advise all my network to stay away.

Our stay at Quercus Residences in Sveti Stefan was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The property is spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. You can tell the owners take immense pride in keeping every detail perfect. It truly felt like a home away from home. What stood out most was the outstanding hospitality. The communication before and throughout our stay was prompt, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful. Every question we had was answered quickly, making our trip completely stress-free. A very special thank you to Milan, who made our experience unforgettable. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and took the time to recommend some of the best local restaurants, beaches, and places to visit. His recommendations were fantastic and helped us experience Montenegro like locals. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for his guests are exactly what hospitality should look like. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Sveti Stefan, I cannot recommend Quercus Residences highly enough. Between the immaculate accommodations, exceptional service, and warm, welcoming atmosphere, it’s truly one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. We will absolutely be returning and recommending it to all of our friends and family.
