Welcome to the modern oasis of comfort - Villa Epic 4 & 5, located in the picturesque Svetvinčenat! This contemporary villa transforms your vacation into a dream experience. In a tranquil setting, Villa Epic 4 & 5 spans 660 square meters of living space and 1800 m2 of garden, providing privacy, luxury, and comfort for a group of up to 20 people.

Villa Epic 4 & 5 offers eight spacious rooms. On the ground floor, there are two rooms with private bathrooms, while two bathrooms are located in the hallway. Upstairs, there are six rooms, two of which have private bathrooms, while the other four share two common bathrooms outside the rooms. Each room is equipped with a king-size bed measuring 180x200 cm and carefully designed to provide guests with a premium experience. The spacious rooms offer privacy, and elegant details create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The air-conditioned, spacious living rooms are an ideal place to relax with your favorite movie on the large TV screen. Two sofa beds for 4 people, dimensions 160x200 cm.

Stepping out of the living room, enjoy the sun on the spacious terrace or relax in the two outdoor heated pools, each 50 m2 (10x5 m) and 1.5 m deep, perfect for refreshing and relaxing. The pools also include a children's platform measuring 1.5x3.5 m and 0.3 m deep. Surrounded by lush greenery, Villa Epic 4 & 5 provides intimacy and tranquility, creating the perfect ambiance for relaxation.



Villa Epic 4 & 5 offers private parking for guests. Guests can enjoy a top-notch modern kitchen inside the villa or experience local culinary delights on the terrace, creating unforgettable moments of togetherness.

* In the period from October 5th to March 29th, the pool heating fee is 200 euro per reservation.

* For reservations of 7 or more nights in the period from January 6th to March 28th, 2025, a 30% discount is offered.

* For reservations of 7 or more nights in the period from March 29th to May 9th, 2025, an additional 5% discount is offered.

Additional cleaning in case of heavy soiling: 300 euro

Pets are allowed, but according to house rules, they are not permitted in the bedrooms.

Self check-in is available at the villa.

Reservations are not accepted from individuals under the age of 21.
We retain the right to decline reservations that do not meet this criterion.
Additionally, the house rules strictly prohibit parties or events, as well as smoking.
Please note that pets are on request an additional charge is possible.

Security deposit: 600 Euro
Note: for younger groups, the security deposit is 1000 euros.
Maximum 2 pets, price per pet per day:
up to 5 kg – 20 euro, over 5 kg – 35 euro

Upon your arrival, the host will furnish you with detailed information about the facility.
