Vila SANIVARO is located in small istrian village Boškari, in municipality of Svetvinčenat.
Vila SANIVARO is a luxury and modern house build in 2019., furnished with love, enthusiasm and care about the details, which brings feel of home to her guests. Location of this luxury villa is at the end of the village, in a quite and untouched part of the nature at the beginning of beutiful oak forest, surrounded with wild flowers. This vila ensures unrepeatable expirience of peace and privacy away from everyday busy way of life. Natural scent of the forest and meadows is something that is unforgettable in this unrepeatable beauty. Spectaular night view on the sky full of stars, away of everyday noise and light pollution is another „small“ thing that enriches romantic moments of your stay.
Interior of the vila offers luxury and spacious living room with modern big kitchen and dining place, which is fulfilled by daily light coming through big balcony door. From the daily part of the house there's a view to the pool and sun terrace which allows to the parents to watch their little ones while enyoing in it. Villa has 4 comfort and fully A/C rooms at the same level as other part of the house. Rooms are equipped with double beds, and in case of need, the bed can be divided in two rooms. On request there is a kinder bed too. Wi-Fi is available in the whole house.
Villa offers optimal accomodation for 8 persons (optionally 10) with 230 m2 closed space and 60 m2 of summer kitchen in which dominates big BBQ and modern big table where your internal chef can prepare delicious meals for family and friends. Uninterruped space is going on with the big covered terrace, on which is placed outside sitting area for chill out, relax, coffe or cocktail. A big heated pool 41m2¸ is available from May till end October on guest request. Water temperature depends on weather conditions and heating is extra charged on weekly level. The pool is surrounded with numerous loungers which offers relaxation for the whole family, dominates the space. At the end of pool zone there is a relax zone, where you can enjoy in peace and quiet, by laying in the swing listening to the birds singing.
Villa is situated on 2400 m2 land, completely surrounded with the fence, adapted for individual stays, stays of families with children or stays for disabled persons.
Villa is full of sport contents in open space where beside the pool your children can enjoy on the swing, slide or trampolin. In case you are more fan of indoor sports, there is a big room with table tennis, table football, darts or fitness (multifunctional excercise machine and orbitrek). This villa is ideal starting point for active vacation in the nature, because there is a direct entrance to the 40 km bike route, and quiet pathways are ideal for jogging or long walks.
Vila SANIVARO is only 20 min drive by car to the beautiful Adriatic sea beaches in all directions – Pula, Bale, Duga Uvala, Medulin... At the same time from vila you can departure to the daily excursions to the famous touristic destinations as Pula, Rovinj, Poreč, Opatija, National Park Brijuni, or to spend an active day in a fun water park as Aquacolors (Poreč), Istralandia (Novigrad) or Glavani adrenaline park (Barban).
