Croeso! Welcome to our beautiful two-storey Holiday Home in Killay, Swansea, offering breathtaking views of the sea and rolling green hills. Perfectly located for exploring the Gower Peninsula, Swansea City Centre and Mumbles. This house is ideal for couples and families. Wake up to the sunrise over Swansea Bay, enjoy a glass of wine whilst you watch the sun set over Swansea, and gaze at the stars reflecting on the waters on a clear night.

With a fully equipped kitchen, cozy lounge, smart TVs, and a patio. this home offers everything you need for a relaxing coastal break.

Whether you're enjoying local parks, cycling along scenic paths, or exploring boutique shops and restaurants in Mumbles, this is your perfect base for adventure.

Offering interrupted and stunning views of the Ocean and Mumbles to the left, and rolling green hills to the right, this property provides an idyllic backdrop and a tranquil haven.

The Space

You’ll have sole access to the two storey property, which includes:

First Floor:
Fully equipped kitchen; breakfast bar and stools, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and Sea views.

Utility Space; With washing machine, dryer AND your very own bar area

A light bright lounge, with smart Samsung TV, two couches and large bay windows with views of Clyne forest and Swansea Bay.

A separate dining room, providing a more formal eating space, additional smart Samsung TV, and sofa bed.(Big enough for 1x adult, or 2x small children)

Second Floor:
Upstairs Back Bedroom; Kingsize bed, smart TV with Roku channels and stunning views of Swansea Bay and Clyne Forest

Upstairs Front Bedroom; With 2x single (3ft) beds

Upstairs Bathroom; Family sized, with separate shower and bath and toilet

Patio; You’ll experience unhindered views to remember from the decking and enjoy a bbq on the patio. And if you love cooking, you’ll have access to our small herb garden to add that something extra to your meals.

Can comfortably fit 5x people, and up to 6x if you have small children.

Killay is the gateway to the Gower Peninsular and you are just a short drive to the many popular Gower Beaches like Rhossili (named one of the world’s best beaches), Brandy Cove, Oxwich Bay and the spectacular coastal walks.

You are also a quick drive to the tourist hot spot village of Mumbles, with its Pier, big wheel, boutique stores and bustling restaurants. And of course Swansea city centre is just 3 miles away too.

If you want to totally ditch the car, there is a cycle path that runs to Blackpill (Swansea sea front). From Blackpill, you can access Swansea Marina to the East and Mumbles to the West. Alternatively, you can use the path to explore the opposite direction, leading you through Gowerton to Pontarddulais, or even the Millennium Coastal Path.

And if you want to stay ultra local, there’s Dunvant park a stone’s throw away, and Killay Square a few minutes walk where you’ll find village amenities including post office, bakery,the COOP, cafes, pubs and eateries.

We engage the services of a professional management company to ensure we are always contactable, and your stay is stress free.

Any wine or food items shown in the pictures are for decorative purposes only and are not included in the rental. Additionally, the chiminea and wood burner is not functional and cannot be used during your stay.

We apply usual check-in times after 16:00 and check-out times before 10:00.

There is a keylock box available so collecting the key and access anytime should be possible. You will need to return the key to the keylock box when you checkout. We require you to provide your arrival and departure timing to agree checkin and checkout times so we can coordinate with other guests. If you stay beyond your agreed check-out time you will be liable to pay for an extra night at your average nightly price.

The cleaning fee covers cleaning and preparation of the property for your stay as well as a set of fresh linen and towelling provided for each guest. This includes one set per your stay, should you require additional towelling or linen please request this or if you have opened a fresh pack even if you use only a few items there will be a charge of ÂŁ30 per pack - each pack contains fresh linen, large and small towels.

Any sort of parties, gatherings or events are strictly not permitted, the property is for accommodation purposes only for the guests staying. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise or any activity that would disturb

the neighbours. If it's been reported that there are any parties or events or noise disturbance then you may be required to leave the property immediately without the remaining nights being refunded. There is a charge of ÂŁ500 if any evidence of a party, gathering or event at the property have been found exclusive of any charges relating to damages or additional cleaning costs to get the property in good order again. We trust you will respect the property and neighbours during your stay.

You are required to keep the place reasonably clean and tidy - no dirty dishes left over or excessive rubbish to be disposed of as this is not included in the cleaning charge. If the place is very messy or untidy or there is excessive rubbish to be disposed of then we will need to request an extra cleaning fee.

There is a strictly no smoking policy inside or in any outside spaces (which includes garden spaces, balconies, terraces or patios) belonging to the accommodation, if this policy is not adhered to a charge of GBP 150.00 will be applied

No pets are allowed unless shown on the listing as permitted or expressly agreed with the owner.

Lost keys, damaged keys or getting locked out will incur a charge starting from ÂŁ100 for replacement depending on the type of key and time required or getting you back in the property if you have locked yourself out.

We do not accept Cash payment for any of the charges mentioned above.
