Genuinely dreadful, checked out after one night. Bath had a dirty rim around it, cracks in the sink and the walls, what appeared to be bogies smeared on the wall by the sink. No way to control the temperature in the room except a plastic fan, noisy and uncomfortable, key card worker only intermittently, shower leaked and sprayed across the room. When I returned to my room the whole corridor stank of cannabis. Genuinely one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a hotel, I would advise anyone to avoid this place. It looks like an open prison.

Lovely welcome after a tortuous 7 hour journey but a disappointing room. TV didn't work and bathroom fan was soooo noisy. Niall was quick to respond though and smoothed the way. Thank you.
