The radiator broke and we were forced to move room. The room we were moved to had a hole where the handle of the window should have been. This made a large puddle of water in the room windowsill. I left my money on the windowsill which is lucky it’s made of plastics because that would be been money ruined. We were then asked to pay £70 Prosecco we didn’t ask for as we assumed it was complimentary which was a little embarrassing at the departure. We are going to request some money back as this was not a good experience for our first stay of the honeymoon

The parking was great - £5 for our stay for 1 night. Room was very clean. Beds were comfy. I would recommend this place and will be using this hotel again.

Sadly the Hotel rooms are in dire need of up-dating they were tired and scruffy looking. The Matresse was truly awful, the worst nights sleep we had in a while. However the staff were all polite and friendly, parking was cheap and central to the beach and restaurants.

Everyone was polite and helpful. Room smelt like stagnant smoke. Tried to open the window but the handle was missing. Fridge noisy and same with the heating. Breakfast food tasted good but everything was running out. Used to stay here all the time but wouldn’t return as they have not kept the rooms up to date.

Booked a deluxe room? Nothing deluxe about it. Just a standard room. No frills at all. Was clean, but bed not that comfortable and pillows not very supportive. Staff were friendly. Lift out of order so had to use alternate lift in area of hotel obviously not used by guests. Was a little grim once out of public area. Was attending a function so would stay again if function was at that hotel, otherwise would look for an alternative. Saving grace was breakfast. Great selection, hot, replenished frequently and very tasty.
