Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
We have flown from TX to MD then drive 3 hours in a rental to get to your property only to find out you didn’t do your job. I spoke to Taylor yesterday afternoon and she guaranteed me the code issue was resolved since I sent all required documents on 5/28. We get to the property at midnight to find the attached and had to find a hotel because we’re exhausted. Please cancel our entire stay and refund all my money asap.
