There is plenty of seating around the stone gas fireplace in the living room where you can warm up by the fireside on chilly nights and catch your favorite show on the flat-screen TV. There is also an adjacent sitting area if you would rather cozy up in one of the club chairs with a cup of tea and a good book, as you soak up the sunlight and serene lake view.

The inviting modern kitchen and dining room are steps away allowing everyone to congregate on the main level and never miss out on good conversation no matter what each other is doing. Enjoy stainless steel appliances to cook up a delicious feast for your guests or set out the appetizers on the beautiful granite counters to keep hungry appetites at bay while the grill master works their magic on the gas grill on the deck. The master suite is located on the second floor and features a king-sized bed, TV, and lake view. The second bedroom on this level that features a queen-sized bed. Kids or young adults will be close by and will enjoy the twin bunk beds in the third bedroom that also has two additional twin beds as well as a queen bed. The fourth bedroom offers a twin sized pull out as well as a desk perfect for remote work. The early risers in your group will enjoy the King -sized bedroom located on the main level where they can grab their morning coffee and enjoy the dawn hours in peace in the living room or out on the deck.

The sandy beach and hiking trails of Deep Creek Lake State Park are a short drive away or hit the green at nearby Thousand Acres 18-holes during the colorful fall season. WHAT TO BRING:
Please plan to bring your own supplies. One bath towel and one washcloth per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage).

PETS:
This home is not pet-friendly. Undisclosed pets will be charged a fee equal to 3x the standard pet fee, per pet.

WINTER RESERVATIONS:
A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS:
WITHIN 24 HRS OF BOOKING, sign the Rental Agreement to begin receiving your pre-arrival information. (Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement.) Once completed, your check-in instructions and door code will be automatically sent ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. If you do not receive this info, please check your spam folder first.
