The hotel is badly in need of a refit. Everything is a bit old and grubby. Broken sink and toilet. Very noisy air con making it unusable.

Lets say we stay here often but this time wasnt great . Think the lift was more of an amusement as one was out of order again and traveled to every floor to get to ours . We had one coffee sachet in our room to share. As normally 2 or 4. Breakfast was lovely thank you and the male member of staff was doing his job very well and polite.

Very noisy. You can hear everything from the delivery drivers singing in the morning to the locals arguing at night! I was on the 5th floor so must be worse lower down. Bathroom wasn’t very nice. Breakfast was ok.

Internet good. Bed comfort good. Parking good, use the Sheppard street car park. Day manager very helpful. Haven’t had breakfast yet but it’s usually good
