The Space:

This fully equipped apartment with balcony is suitable for 4 people. The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The casual and stylish design with delightful decorative details and homely elegant furniture create bright and inviting space that is certain to lift moods. The furnishing is very practical as well, including a small working space, a seating area to relax in front of the TV, and a double bed behind the sliding door. It's a place you'd love to come back to after a day spent relaxing on the beach. The continuity of this relax is assured by many modern amenities, such a high-speed Wi-Fi network, a flat-screen TV with access to Polish and German channels, and essential bathroom and kitchen appliances (a hair dryer, a coffee maker, a toaster). Parents travelling with small children can, at request, be equipped with a baby cot and a feeding chair for their littles ones (50 PL day). If needed, guests can reserve a private parking space in the underground garage (30 PL day).

This lovely apartment is situated in the tranquil part of seaside district of Świnoujście, only 650 m from beautiful sandy beach. The apartment is in a 3-story building with an elevator and 24-hour monitoring. The property is located at the edge of a lovely forest, assuring peace and quiet. There is a fenced-in children's playground on the property, accessible only to residents. The neighborhood has great potential for active outdoor vacations with many pedestrian and bike paths. The apartment is also located 2.5 km from the Świnoujście Aquapark and 5 km from the Baltic Baths on the German side of Usedom island. The famous Promenade, a seaside heart of the city with many amazing restaurants, chic cafes and local shops, is only 20-minutes by foot. The main railway station – and the supermarket – are also only 1.5 km from the apartment’s location.
