Rummet/lägenheten var perfekt och bra läge. Allt fanns som vi behövde, förutom städutrustning. Det fanns dammsugare, men munstycket passade inte, och ingen påse i dammsugaren, ingen borste så man kunde städa själv, så blir väldigt smutsigt på golven när man inte kan städa själv.

Wir haben gestern morgen das Schlüssel abgegeben weil wir fūr sechs Personen reserviert haben aber da waren zwei führungs reserviert und wir haben Zweite Etage reserviert Aber ihr habt das Erdgeschoss gegeben und Das Sofa war so dreckig und die Betten waren auch Dreckig, und da war Müll und nachts hat niemand unsere Tür aufgemacht und wir hatten gar kein Internet. Wir wollen Unser Geld zurück wie schnell wie möglich, danke. Danke die Bewertung nicht da war schon gar nicht

Hotels.com- skojare eller fuskare?!

Skandal!!!!!!! Och åter skandal!!!!!! Hotels.com lockar med priser och moderna lägenheter men i verkligheten handlar det om förfallna rum med inredning från 80 talet. Att de är skitiga gör inte saken bättre! Även service vid nyckelhantering och reception urusel då man får kryptiska upgifter om adressen.... Att få hjälp från helpdesk hos hotels.com är inte tänkbart då utöver ord får man inte mer . Och då om man hinner före klocksn 22:00! För att då lägger de helt enkelt på ..... Tyvärr vill inte systemt ta mina bilder.
