The Neighborhood:

Bondi Beach itself is just a short walk away, with its iconic stretch of sand and surf.

The Bondi to Coogee coastal walk is very accessible — one of the most scenic walks in Sydney.

Nearby is the Bondi Pavilion, a cultural hub for events, arts, and entertainment.

Dining-wise: you’re close to both casual cafés and higher-end restaurants.

On Sundays, there’s a market on nearby grounds (Bondi Beach Public School grounds) — good for local, artisan products.



Getting Around:

The apartment has a bus stop right outside. They come frequently taking you to and from the city or up to Bondi Junction train station.



Other Things to Note:

Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.



Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.



There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.



Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
