This newly renovated apartment has everything for a comfortable stay. A cozy space with a separate bedroom featuring AC and heating, plus a kitchenette and lounge area with dining table. The bathroom is large and modern, with luxury Leif toiletries and a huge walk-in closet. We’ve provided all you may need, including towels, linen, cutlery, a Nespresso machine, and complimentary hotel-style cleaning with linen changes for stays longer than 7 days. Just 2 minutes` walk to the Sydney Metro

The apartment is on the ground floor. You have your own private entrance and also in a very safe neighbourhood. We`ve set this up as a hotel style serviced apartment with everything you may required.


(Please note we take sanitizing extremely seriously and to ensure we never have any contamination due to COVID-19. We use hospital grade disinfectant on all surfaces before any guests arrive we have our own professional cleaners to ensure a safe environment )

The guests have full private access to the apartment, it`s set up as a serviced apartment and guests staying over 7 days will receive weekly cleaning and linen change. All linen is Hotel grade and high quality. There is also a coin operated laundry at the rear of the building.

I live nearby and our office is down the street but unless you need to see me I won`t be there to meet you. We have after hours check in and security in the building

North Sydney is a fantastic neighbourhood. it`s just across the bridge from the CBD but is more residential. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets in the area. Nearby there is also Sydney`s famous Harbourside amusement park.

The bus to the city is about 2 minutes walk from the apartment, there is also North Sydney train station about 10 minutes walk (note its uphill from the station). If you want to take an uber it`s less than 5 minutes to the middle of the city. Also if you wanted to walk it`s about 45 minutes to walk across the bridge. North Sydney itself has everything you need from shopping to Supermarkets and many dozens of food options

2 minutes walk to the Sydney Metro which takes 4 minutes to the City and runs every 4 minutes in the peak time. a superb way to travel around Sydney

I suggest arriving by metro as it`s very easy and close by. Arrive at the Victoria cross station. exit miller St North. Then turn right onto miller st. And then right onto ridge st and walk to 89 ridge. St.
This makes it easier with bags as it`s all flat.
- Please keep noise to a minimum from 10pm to 8am daily as this is a residential area
