Friendly and helpful staff!

Staff are so amazing. My international flight was delayed 8 hours. Upon checkin I was given a late checkout to help me not spend all of that time at the airport. I had problems changing a connecting flight—Internet not working properly and airline phones jammed. Celia at the front desk was so extremely helpful—finally getting through to the airline and relieving my anxiety which allowed me to relax and enjoy my stay. Thank you!

Fantastic hotel in Sydney CBD

The Four Seasons made for a delightful stay in the heart of Sydney CBD. It's conveniently located about 5 mins walk from the Circular Quay train station (about 20 mins by train from/to the airport), rooms were large, with beautiful views (pictured), comfortable, and clean, and the service was great. The breakfast buffet was also decent, and there are numerous restaurants within walking distance. Overall, a fantastic hotel, yet relatively inexpensive, especially compared to Four Seasons in other cities.

The staff made our stay extra special. They made you feel as though they really cared about helping you. They were very interested in who you were and why you were there. In particular the stand outs were a Dutch male who spoke excellent English and ordered our cab for us. Dhairyaraj who was working in reception. Catherine in the dining room and a male waiter who was Catherine's colleague and wore an apron. We took a photo of his name badge but he moved too quickly and we can't read his name - Catherine might remember. The only negative was that the receptionist promised to call us when our room was ready. she didn't call and it was a very cold day.

Building is a little dated in the common areas and could do with refurbishment. Lack of a lounge area at ground level a disappointment.

Really welcoming and the harbour view was great. I loved the lighting options in the room and the “night” light in the bathroom that lit up under the bathroom vanity. Comfy bed and great pillows. I ordered breakfast and coffee and it was brought in some sort of warmer so it was still perfect when it came. I loved being able to keep the room key as a souvenir too. I’ll definitely be staying here again.
