From morning coffees to evening feasts, the spacious kitchen caters effortlessly to every occasion, featuring modern appliances including an oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and full-sized fridge. The breakfast bar is perfect for casual bites, while the dining table for eight creates an inviting setting to gather over memorable meals. Beyond, beautifully layered outdoor spaces invite you to make the most of the coastal setting, from long lunches beneath the covered alfresco to afternoons beside the private pool or a quiet pause on the elevated deck overlooking lush tiered gardens.

Upstairs, the bedrooms provide a restful retreat after a day by the coast. The primary bedroom features a king bed and private ensuite, while two additional rooms each include a queen bed, with the second also offering a dedicated workspace. A fourth room with single bunk beds is ideal for younger guests. Two full bathrooms upstairs, an additional toilet downstairs and a separate laundry with a washer and dryer add convenience to longer stays.

Ceiling fans throughout, together with a gas heater in the main living area and an additional portable heater, ensure year-round comfort. A dedicated carport and additional street parking nearby provide added convenience for those travelling with multiple vehicles. Please note that the pool is available during the warmer months (approximately October to April, depending on seasonal conditions). As the pool is not heated, it is covered during the cooler months.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire main house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Please note that there is a separate granny flat on the lower ground floor with its own private entrance. This area is locked and not accessible to guests, though it may be occupied during your stay.
