Clean and centrally located

It was in a perfect location, walkable to all of central Sydney and public transit. It was clean and cleaned daily without having to ask. It’s older, but well maintained and we would stay there again.

The hotel is small but in an excellent location. We were able to walk to most of our locations and the tram was just a block away. Taxi service and uber service was at the end of the block also. Staff was very nice and accommodating

Small but clean room, had a balcony. But it lacks basic amenities that can be rally provided..in room safe, ability to store luggage past 3pm, paid laundry service, decent WiFi.

Overall, a good stay! Excellent location! The facility is okay. Small room. The front desk (no lobby) was maned during office hours. The staff was very helpful. The cleaning staff didn't seem to vacuum well enough and missed my hair tie on the floor. The location is very convenient. For the price, it's a good value. We were out and about all day, so it's fine. We had a room that's well situated without much noise at night. We liked our stay.

A great place to stay in Sydney

The location could not be better - walkable to all the interesting sights and close to public transit. The staff was very accommodating and efficient, the beds were supportive but not hard, and the restaurant downstairs was a delight. I cannot imagine satying anywhere else in Sydney. The only issue we had was the loss of Internet during a storm, but that is hardly the hotel's fault.
