The housekeeping is a bit disappointing leaving the towel placed on the shower floor not replaced, the container for the coffee stuffs was dirty with food scraps from previous hotel guests and some cutlery not very clean. The incidental deposit was not refunded after 3 days and was only manually processed for refund when I called up. Other than these, the hotel is good in terms of the great hospitality and curtesy of the reception and its handy location to the Chatswood station. If the hotel can address the above issues, I would still recommend it.
