Property is very well located for public transport, tram services; facilities are good too but it was too noisy till at 10:30pm so you had to bear with noise until then.

Great for overnight stay near Moore Park

Everything very good except room on ground floor #311 was next to small courtyard and quite noisy with people talking loudly

While there are no fridge etc I think The Royal is certainly value for money.
