Great location - only had to take the T8 line from the airport to Central Station. Everywhere else was walkable (Hyde Park, Australian Museum, Chinatown). Hotel also had good breakfast and very hospitable staff that allowed us to store our luggages while we waited for our flight.

Usually a great central location

Conveniently located hotel. Close to Central and in Surry Hills. Disappointed that I didn’t get the welcome drink for two upon arrival, it was only for one. Even more disappointed at checkout, waited in line for 15mins, had two people who arrived after me served before me. I had a flight to catch so had to leave. Contacted the hotel for my invoice a few days later and they failed to send me the invoice. The service is normally better than this, as I’ve stayed here many times.

Perfect location. Just 3 minutes from Central station and you can go anywhere in Sydney. Facility is clean and comfortable. Kind hotel staffs. Adjoing restaurant & beer bar is also excellent with its craft beer and Australian local wines. The only thing I need to mention is that we have to hear the noise from the busy roads around the hotel early in the morning. Except for that, perfect place for every tourist in Sydney.

A nice stay in Sydney

I had a great 6 night stay at this hotel in a balcony room. A short walk from Central Station and light rail/tram to airport, CBD and harbour. The room was spacious, clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was quiet during my stay. Breakfast was good with a range of hot and cold options. 7/11 and Metro stores close by for snacks. I would stay here again.

The buffet breakfast was fantastic, and all the staff were friendly and polite—especially the Filipina staff member (I believe her name was Donna). However, during dinner service, we chose to dine at the hotel instead of going out, but after waiting several minutes, no one came to assist us. It appeared that only two staff members were managing the entire dinner service.

Easy 10 mins walk from central station, it’s in a quiet area, the room is very big and it has all the standard things for a hotel. However I can hear people open and close the door loudly and the lift is a bit slow.
