This was ideally situated to explore a lot of Sydney which was easily walkable. Trains and teams were nearby as well. The hotel is having a lot of work done, which they did warn us of prior to arrival. Although our room was on top of the work the disruption was minimal and not an issue at all. The hotel needs some TLC, which is underway and overall it was good experience

The hotel was close to everything, however, the room we were given was on the renovation side. The rooms beside us have wet paints. It was terrible. The staff who checked us in (Indian guy) whom I requested to get me a higher floor and city view, did not give my request. It was a terrible 4 night stay. The breakfast is good but its the same and no variety for the week we were there.

Staff very pleasant. Hotel very clean and breakfast was very nice. Very convenient for public transport and/or walking to places of interest. We really enjoyed our stay at the Song and would definitely stay there again. 10/10!

I requested for a city view and did not get it. The staff lied to me( Indian guy). He put us in a room that’s being renovated. All our neighboring rooms have wet paint signs on their door. We liked the breakfast although it’s the same everyday.
