5 minute flat walk to the famous Bondi Beach, main shopping strip local weekend food markets and more. Bus stops within walking distance. Solid timber floors throughout, full open plan kitchen with stone benchtop and Miele appliances. Dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, iron, ironing board. Beautiful open plan living area and serene grass garden area. Weber barbeque for the perfect summer barbeque. Smart TV.

Light and airy. North-easterly sun in the back garden most of the day and then sun in the front of the property in the afternoon. Ceiling fan in the bedrooms adds to the sea breeze. Fly screens on all windows and patio door to assist with a peaceful night sleep.

Minutes to Bondi's best cafes and ammenities

You're free to access the whole property during your stay. Car parking is off street - and there are generally options available close by - just read the signs - some spots are timed others are all day free

Its an easy flat walk to the beach - you might get distracted by the coffee shops and restaurants but a slow stroll will have you on the sand in about 5 minutes

Driving and parking can be difficult around the area - so walk, uber, bus or take a ferry ... so much more enjoyable
