Featuring two spacious bedrooms and a dedicated study, the home is perfectly tailored for remote work or creative pursuits. The master suite overlooks a lush tropical courtyard and includes a generous ensuite with a freestanding bath and dual showers—highlighted by a luxurious rain shower in a private wet room.
The open-plan living area is bathed in natural light from overhead skylights and features custom joinery, polished concrete floors, and integrated media. Steel-framed bifold doors open wide to connect the indoors with an inviting courtyard oasis, complete with built-in seating, tropical landscaping, plumbed gas barbecue, and ambient evening lighting.

Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. Guests have access to all the amenities in the house except for attic storage.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)

Just 2 km from Sydney’s CBD, Balmain is a leafy, harbourside village with a creative spirit and a welcoming community vibe. Renowned for its historic pubs, heritage terraces, and the vibrant energy of Darling Street’s cafés, boutiques, and markets, it offers the perfect blend of charm and convenience. With regular ferries and buses, the city is just a 15–20 minute ride away. Locals enjoy scenic foreshore walks, beautiful parks, and the iconic Dawn Fraser Baths—hallmarks of Balmain’s relaxed, community-focused lifestyle.
Getting Around:
Well connected to Sydney’s CBD and surrounding areas, this home is just a 2 to 10 minute walk from nearby bus and ferry stops. Regular ferries from Balmain and Balmain East wharves offer a quick and scenic 10–15 minute trip to Circular Quay, while frequent bus services along Darling Street and nearby roads provide easy access to the city, Rozelle, and other Inner West suburbs. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
