We were next to the elevator, and the only problem we had with that was it interfered with the tv reception when it was in use. Shower and toilet facilities were clean and the shower was like a waterfall. Would recommend and loved to stay again.

This hotel is located in the center of Sydney downtown. It is very convenient to everywhere, and many tour attractions are in walkable distance. Its price in this CBD area is properly lowest - best value! But the hotel condition is quite old, in addition to sharing-bathrooms - you need to walk through the hall-way to bathroom from your bedroom. Also no "front desk", the AC in our room was not working, I reported to the staff in bar and we did not get the AC fixed until we checked-out 2 days late.

Easy check-in and check-out. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I loved how many places were in walking distance. We would stay here again.

Check in was challenging; no one to contact and phone numbers wouldn’t work. Luckily someone was there to assist. We arrived on a Sunday - no staff, the bar and restaurants where the website directs were closed (also closed on Mondays). They need a better system.

We were disgusted with the noise all night into the early hours, we had no hot water in the shower or the hand basin, no hairdryer, the air conditioner would not heat, when I called downstairs to hotel manager, he eventually came to our room and stated the sign on the bathroom wall explained......the sign read, Due to low water pressure,you need to run the water for at least 10 mins before it will come through hot, sorry for the inconvenience !! Well, the water pressure was great, not a problem, worst is what about the amount of water being wasted. I request a refund for our 2 night stay. The room also had a musty smell.
